I have a size problem with my purchase. How can I exchange it?
At Xpose we want to ensure that you love the items you purchase. However, if you have a size problem with the purchase, we will exchange your item (size only).
Follow the the steps if you wish to exchange the size for any item(s) you have purchased :
Once we receive the item(s) returned, our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines and initiate the exchange at our end totally free of cost.
Do ensure that the following conditions are met, to enable us to process your exchange and serve you better:
1. You return the item(s) within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt.
2. The item is in original salable condition:
i. With all original tags.
ii. In an unworn, unopened and unused state.
iii. Any sewn labels are still attached.
3. You include your original Xpose tax invoice with the return.
4. You paste a return label (if required) on the package of your returned item(s) for the reverse pick up.
1. In any return case, a cash voucher shall be issued for the value of returned item(s) excluding the shipping amount (to and fro both).
2. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period (6 months). Kindly note that we are unable to make cash refunds.
3. After confirmation, kindly keep the package ready, we shall arrange pick up within 5-7 days.
4. Once the return shipment is received, only the valid return item(s) shall be entitled for the vouchers after the QC team approval.
5. Reverse Pick-up charges will be INR 65/- irrespective of Prepaid or COD orders. This amount will be deducted from the voucher value.
6. Product exchange is free of cost (for one time only).
7. Total amount deduction in case of return will be INR 130/- ( To and Fro Shipping Cost ).
