Return Policy Condition

I have a size problem with my purchase. How can I exchange it?

At Expose Apparels we want to ensure that you love the items you purchase. However, if you have a size problem with the purchase, we will exchange your item (size only). Kindly note that this is applicable only for items that come in variable sizes, and excludes any article that is marked as “One size fits all”.

If you wish to exchange the size for any item(s) you have purchased, kindly contact our customer service team. We would love to help you. Further, on approval from our team, you simply need to return unworn, unwashed merchandise via courier, with all tags attached in the original box packing, within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. Do also enclose the completed ReturnsForm and original tax invoice. Return postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Expose Apparels.

Once we receive the item(s) returned, our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We shall then initiate the exchange at our end. When shipping out the exchange piece, we would add a collectable shipment charge of INR 100, which shall be payable by you on receipt of product. If an exchange is not possible, a credit voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase on www.xposejeans.com within the validity period. Kindly note that no refunds will be made.

 

I have received a defective / incorrect article. What should I do?

We really apologize for this slip-up on our part. We take full responsibility for this, and would resolve the issue for you at the earliest possible. In case that the item(s) is faulty or a different product (style code / size / colour name only) from ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund.

Kindly contact our customer service team for assistance, within 7 days of date of receipt, and ensure that you follow our return guidelines. In case we arrange for a reverse pick up, kindly allow the third party courier partner upto 3 working days from the date of the request for reverse pick up. In case you would like to ship the product back to us, kindly note that we would reimburse courier charges up to Rs. 100/- per kg in manner of a credit note. In both these cases, the returned parcel remains the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Expose Apparels

Wherever exchange is not possible: in case of a pre-paid order, the refund shall be made via the payment gateway, while in case of a COD order, a cash voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. Kindly note that we are unable to make cash refunds in any case

Please note, that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Returns due to colour variances do not qualify under standard exchange policy.

Kindly note that store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.

Return & Cancellation Guidelines

Kindly contact our customer service ccare@exposeapparels.com for assistance on the return policy. Do ensure that the following conditions are met, to enable us to process your exchange and serve you better

  • You return the item(s) within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt

  • The item is in original saleable condition:
    • With all original tags
    • In an unworn, unopened and unused state
    • Any sewn labels are still attached

  • You include your original Expose Apparels tax invoice with the return

  • A completed returns form ( if available by shipping partner ) accompanied with your returned item(s)

  • In any return case, a cash voucher shall be issued for the value of returned item(s). This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period(6 months). Kindly note that we are unable to make cash refunds.

  • In case you wish to have the size exchanged, kindly contact customer service to ensure availability of stock in the required size.
    • The Cancellation needs to be done with in the 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours no cancellation query shall entertained.
    • When the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of online payment) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment is made.
