I have a size problem with my purchase. How can I exchange it?

At Xpose we want to ensure that you love the items you purchase. However, if you have a size problem with the purchase, we will exchange your item (size only).

If you wish to exchange the size for any item(s) you have purchased, kindly contact our customer service team. We would love to help you. Further, on approval from our team, you simply need to return unworn, unwashed merchandise via courier, with all tags attached in the original box packing, within 7 days of receipt for an exchange.

Reverse Shipping costs will be free of cost.

Once we receive the item(s) returned, our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We shall then initiate the exchange at our end. When shipping out the exchange piece, we would add a collectable shipment charge of INR 100, which shall be payable by you on receipt of product.

If an exchange is not possible, a credit voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase on www.xposejeans.com within the validity period.

Kindly note that no cash refunds will be made.

I have received a defective article. What should I do?

We really apologize for this slip-up on our part. We take full responsibility for this, and would resolve the issue for you at the earliest possible.

In case that the item(s) is faulty or a different product (style code / size / colour name only) from ordered, we shall exchange the product free of cost.

In case we arrange for a reverse pick up, kindly allow the third party courier partner up to 3 working days from the date of the request for reverse pick up In any case, the returned parcel remains the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Xpose.

Kindly note that we are unable to make cash refunds in any case.

Please note, that there may be a variance in the color of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Returns due to colour variances do not qualify under standard exchange policy.

Return Guidelines:

Do ensure that the following conditions are met, to enable us to process your exchange and serve you better:

1. You return the item(s) within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt.

2. The item is in original saleable condition:

i. With all original tags.

ii. In an unworn, unopened and unused state.

iii. Any sewn labels are still attached.

3. You include your original Xpose tax invoice with the return.

4. You paste a return label (if available by shipping partner) on the package of your returned item(s) for the reverse pick up.

Note :

1. In any return case, a cash voucher shall be issued for the value of returned item(s) excluding the shipping amount.

2. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period(6 months). Kindly note that we are unable to make cash refunds.

3. After confirmation, kindly keep the package ready, we might arrange pick up within 5-7 days.

4. Once the return shipment is received, only the valid return item(s) shall be entitled for the vouchers after the QC team approval.

5. Address Correction charges or re-scheduling charges will be INR 65/- (if any)

6. Reverse Pick-up charges will be INR 65/- irrespective of Prepaid or COD orders. This amount will be deducted from the voucher value.

Cancellation

• The Cancellation needs to be done with in the 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours no cancellation query shall entertained.

• When the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of online payment) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment is made.
