Return / Exchange Policy

  • You will be allowed to return the item(s) within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached.
  • Xposejeans.com reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines.

You can return your item by following the steps below:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team to request a return.
  2. Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address within two business days. Please ensure your package is ready to be picked up.
  3. Securely pack your return items the original packaging, making sure any old packing labels are removed or covered and the package is sealed.
  4. Hand over the parcel to our shipping partner

Note : 

  • If you miss your return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled.
  • As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and your refund will be credited within 15 days. If you return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch.
  • Reverse Shipping Charge will be ₹ 100 per return order.
  • Final amount of refund = Total Order Value – Reverse Shipping Charges.
  • Forward Shipping charges will not be refunded except in case of incorrect order shipped or the entire order was damaged during shipment.
  • Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 15 days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information.
  • Reverse Shipping Charge will be ₹ 100 per return order.
  • Final amount of refund = Total Order Value – Reverse Shipping Charges.
  • For orders payed for with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfers only.
  • Our Customer Care will reach out to you for your bank details, namely the bank account holder name, bank name, branch and IFSC code.
  • We will never request any other bank or card details. If you receive an email claiming to be from Xpose® asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our Customer Care team immediately.

Products bought on Xposejeans.com cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail stores or vice-versa. Please follow our online return process.
