Xpose offers 7 day returns and exchange policy which gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from our website for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.Do ensure that the following conditions are met, to enable us to process your exchange and serve you better:
1. You return the item(s) within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt.
2. The item is in original salable condition:
i. With all original tags.
ii. In an unworn, unopened and unused state.
iii. Any sewn labels are still attached.
3. You include your original Xpose tax invoice with the return.
4. You paste a return label (if available by shipping partner) on the package of your returned item(s) for the reverse pick up.

At Xpose we want to ensure that you love the items you purchase. However, if you have a size problem with the purchase, kindly contact our support team – ccare@exposeapparels.com.We would love to help you.

Once we receive the item(s) returned, our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We shall then initiate the exchange at our end.

If an exchange is not possible, a credit voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase on www.xposejeans.com within the validity period.

We really apologize for this slip-up on our part. We take full responsibility for this, and would resolve the issue for you at the earliest possible.

In case that the item(s) is faulty or a different product (style code / size / color name only) from ordered, we shall exchange the product free of cost.
Kindly note that store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.

Returns are not possible for products purchased on discounts or on voucher code.
However, exchange is possible if there is any size issue.

We deeply regret for the inconvenience but processing returns involves a huge costs in Fashion Business.Hence, we would appreciate your understanding.

Returns : Reverse Pick-up will be INR 65/- ( per product ) irrespective of Prepaid or COD orders. This amount will be deducted from the voucher value.

Exchange : Free of Cost

Also note :
1. In any return case, a cash voucher shall be issued for the value of returned item(s) excluding the shipping amount.
2. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period(3 months). Kindly note that we are unable to make cash refunds.
3. After confirmation, kindly keep the package ready, we might arrange pick up within 5-7 days.
4. Once the return shipment is received, only the valid return item(s) shall be entitled for the vouchers after the QC team approval.
5. Address Correction charges or re-scheduling charges will be INR 65/- (if any)
6.In any case, the returned parcel remains the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Xpose.

• The Cancellation needs to be done with in the 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours no cancellation query shall entertained.
• When the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of online payment) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment is made.
